Dallice Tylee, Co-Founder and Managing Broker     I am a native of New Zealand with a professional degree and background in the medical laboratory sciences. I left NZ in 1997 to travel the world. Five years and 40+ countries later, I had learned a few significant things about myself. Firstly, I am a 'people person.' Secondly, I am utterly detail oriented! This lead to a career change. Real estate is a better fit on many levels. Originally licensed in Massachusetts, I moved to Colorado and began my real estate career with RE/MAX in 2005. In 2007, I co-founded and became Managing Broker of Silver Fern Homes. I am drawn to all aspects of real estate. If you can remodel it, paint it, plant it or photograph it, I'm interested. If it looks like a wordy contract filled with unfamiliar jargon and columns of numbers, I'm checking the details. Real Estate is a changing business and keeping up is not enough...which is why I take continuing education seriously. Staying one step ahead benefits me and my clients. I currently hold the CRS, GRI, ASP, CNE, CRES and EcoBroker designations. Outside the office, you will find me making the most of the 300+ days of sunshine we are fortunate enough to experience along the Front Range. Glorious national parks and abundant open space, changing seasons and a strong Silver Fern team afford me opportunities I hope never to take for granted. I hike, camp and photograph whenever possible. My Cuban salsa dance class is where I test my brain-body coordination and while I may not speak the language, I am moved and elevated by the music. Then there is flying. With a private pilot license, it's easy to find peace and inspiration in the skies along the Front Range. There is no better way for me to admire the area that we live in, work in and promote to others, than from the air. Like me, you have a life outside of real estate.
